My name is Barbara Bellinger. I am a senior at the University of Oregon majoring in Journalism and Spanish with an emphasis on news reporting. After graduation this spring, I intend to stay at UO to obtain my Masters in International Relations with a focus on Latin America. My goals include working as a foreign correspondent for National Public Radio, the BBC or the like in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. Furthermore, I plan to be involved in a 3rd world organization in Latin America that focuses on the empowerment of Latina women.
